Please read these terms before buying a course on qixiaolong.com. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at arpshell@gmail.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

2. What you are buying

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course — or the bundle of courses stated on the product page — for your own learning. Sharing your login, reselling access, or republishing the lesson content is not allowed.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. Taxes, currency conversion fees, or charges applied by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email arpshell@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. After that window, refunds are at our discretion. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and access to the course is withdrawn at the same time.

5. Educational disclaimer

Our courses are educational material. They are not a substitute for formal instruction, professional translation, or examination preparation, and we do not guarantee any particular level of fluency or exam result.

6. Intellectual property

The lessons, character cards, audio, illustrations, and all other material on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own study; you may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from them.

7. Your conduct

Do not try to break the site’s security, scrape content in bulk, upload unlawful material, or use the courses to harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
